RETURN POLICY

1. Contact Customer Service Within 48 Hours of Package Delivery By Email and Describe the Reason for Return or Exchange.

2. Receive a Response Email with Instructions for Exchange or Return Including a Return Authorization Number.

3. Ship Your Package to Be Delivered Within 10 Days. Please Note All Merchandise Must Be Returned in its Original
Packaging and in the Same Condition as Shipped (Unworn, Unaltered, Undamaged, Lint-Free, Hair-Free, Spotlessly
Clean, With Tags Attached). Returns Must Be Delivered to Custom Dream Gowns Within 10 Calendar Days of the Email
Including the Return Authorization Number. Packages Received After 10 Days Will Not Be Accepted and No Refund
Will Be Issued. For Your Protection, Please Send Your Return Via Trackable and Insured Shipping Service, Such as
Registered USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We Cannot Guarantee Refunds for Returns Sent Via Non-Traceable Method. All
Shipping Fees are the Customer’s Responsibility and Non-Refundable.

4. Refund - Custom Dream Gowns Will Thoroughly Inspect the Return Package Before Issuing a Refund. A Refund Less
30% of the Purchase Price (Due to the Custom Nature of the Merchandise) Will Be Issued Within 7-10 Calendar Days in
the Same Method of Payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or Mailed Check). No Refunds Will Be Issued for Shipping Fees
and Insurance (Both Initial and Return). If You Return an Item in Unacceptable Condition We Will Not Be Able to
Process a Refund.
